Started here as a 16-year-old apprentice and, plot twist, never left. The first years were CRM and SharePoint development, application ownership and the unglamorous documentation — the foundation everything else is built on. Since 2009 I architect Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 solutions end to end — from offer and estimate, through requirements and solution design, to technical lead and go-live. Also the internal Dynamics 365 technical lead.

20 years, one employer. Some optimise for breadth; I optimised for depth — and a suspiciously good understanding of where the bodies are buried in the codebase.

A Dynamics 365 CRM for customer management and the full lead-to-opportunity pipeline — advisory, architecture, and the technical backup to keep it healthy.

Customer management, lead and opportunity handling — the unglamorous core that a sales organisation actually lives in. This is a Dynamics 365 Online CRM built to make that pipeline clear and dependable rather than clever.

My part is advisory and technical support alongside the solution architecture: the design decisions up front, and the steady hand afterwards that keeps a platform from quietly drifting into a mess.

One project a day — the rotation refreshes at midnight. Today is 4 of 6. Real engagements — clients are described by sector, names withheld.
